Pogba is so bad

#NoJinx
Seems like Juve fucked United hard in the ass with that deal. He´s still young though, but for that money you will "win" in that deal, nearly no matter what.

Btw where does the Inter and Juventus hate come from? Is it regarding the calciopoli, or also before that? And how about Milan, is it the same there, or more mutual respect between you and them?

Start from there: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juventus_F.C.#Club_rivalries

Calciopoli really pushed it over the edge though.

With Milan it's mainly that they're the second best club in Italy, not much bad blood in there.

Pogba will eventually turn good, whether at United or somewhere else in the future, but he's played like a 20M player at United thus far. It's pretty funny.

Inter was a source of amusement pre-calciopoli as they never managed to win. Always the bridesmaid. Always full of excuses for it. No real hate there, from Juve really. And then they manufactured calciopoli, and took a scudetto, when it turns out they were violating far worse sporting rules than we were.

There was more respect for Milan in the past, but they basically got away scot-free in Calciopoli, and were allowed to play in and win the CL the next season even though they were breaking worse rules than us. Inter and Milan both should have been relegated and Juve should have received a points deduction, from what the recent investigations have uncovered.

It's hard not to hate a club that almost destroyed ours and tarnished our reputation that badly. Inter that is.

Okay. Didnt see youre updated post, sorry. It was also my impression that its more against Inter than Milan.
Well yeah, as I said the rivalry with AC Milan is much more of a classical sports rivalry between two big teams, not nearly as vicious.

Though most Juve fans still hate the club.

Thanks for the info, i appreciate. How can it be that Milan and especially Inter didnt get punished? A corrupt system i assume.

Personally i respect Milan for what they achieved in Europe, all though they lack the domestic titles and dominance like Juventus. Still a giant club though, just wondering if they will get back on track in the near future - talking about the next 3-4 years. Doubt it, taking theyre situation in consideration.

World Cup 2006. Italy was being threatened with not being allowed to participate if the scandal wasn't resolved and was tied up in the courts in appeals, so Juventus basically bit the bullet for the Azzurri, and accepted relegation and the stripping of two titles.

Moggi kept fighting, but the club itself didn't really start going hard after it for a few years, and only once the statute of limitations had passed did the new investigations show how manufactured the scandal was by Inter and how many conflicts of interest there were between the people who broke the scandal and the people who presided over the judgments, as almost all were directly linked to Inter Milan and Moratti. It also showed up that Inter had been doing far worse in terms of manipulating referee appointments compared to Juventus.

Italy from what I gather is more of a "guilty until proven innocent" criminal system than the more reasonable "innocent until proven guilty"... So Juve basically was screwed from the start.

The thing that annoys me most is that we had built a team that was going to win a CL in the next few years at that point. I really do believe it was just a matter of "when" for that squad and with our resources.

Instead we had almost a decade long drop off a cliff and only now are we really starting to get back to our rightful place at, or near, the top of the footballing world.

From what else do you gather this? :D

Because I've heard of a few cases where I'd say the opposite was true.

Okay i see. Thanks again btw. At least you got back in such a short time (i know it isnt short for a fan, but still), and got dominant in the league and also Europe again. Thats remarkable and should be something people respect more imo. Also the fact that you have won 5 straight league titles after being relegated is magnificent. Inter and Milan should have all the good cards on the hand in that case, but maybe karma hit them in the face?

Yeah. I know. I just can't be bitter about it anymore. Serves no purpose.

Fiorentina firing blanks
Fiorentina look much-improved defensively, but Chloe Beresford explains they must become more clinical in attack to succeed this season.

“I wouldn’t swap Gonzalo Higuain or Mauro Icardi for him. For what Paulo Sousa asks from a centre-forward, there isn’t a better fit in the world than Nikola Kalinic.”

Perhaps Borja Valero was being kind to his teammate when he told the Press that he wouldn’t swap the Croatian for either €90m Juventus signing Higuain or Inter hitman Icardi. But the Spaniard’s quote has caused much amusement, simply because the aforementioned duo could provide something that Fiorentina are so desperately lacking this season: Goals.
Before the game. This biatchwhorehooker
