It has to be incidents inside the stadium. Unfortunately for them I think Croatia have a small element who are intent on harming their FA, for whatever reason, and their team with it.

That seems bizarre...if you're mad at the team and FA why the hell did you pay the money and take the time to travel to games?

Well yeah those countries need to get a grip with what happens on the domestic scene, some of it is disgusting. It was also happening in Serie A up until a few years ago with the clamp down on ultras and supporter cards, etc. In some of those countries these groups clearly have ties to important people.

You're underestimating the level of self-importance that some people can have, especially ultra groups :D
