Rio Ferdinand has the IQ of a hamster. He said he wasn't going to get carried away and then he made a complete tit of himself on tv. But he doesn't care because idiots are immune to it.

England have played one good team so far. We'll see in any potential final how they react to a bit of adversity, anyone can look good sailing through an easy group and one of the easiest routes to a final (in their home stadium) that you'll ever see. But that win over a mediocre Germany definitely sent them into unknown territory in terms of optimism.

I'm also pretty sure Italy have a very good record against England. I just looked - Italy have won every tournament game between the two going back to 1980.

But let's not count out Denmark. Like I said, if they can take the lead against England, who have clear weaknesses at the back, then it changes the psychology and the invincible aura can quickly disappear. Right now they're flying on adrenaline, but so are Italy, and so are Denmark.
Rio Ferdinand said before England v Scotland something like he has never been more confident of an England victory in any football game in his life.

It ended in a 0-0 draw.

Jorginho has been playing every games n tonight he was completely exposed. That's worrying
I think most of it was down to numbers and pressing. They always had a spare man with Dani Olmo, but thankfully his end product was as good as Berna's. Even his penalty was dreadful.

They were gasping for breath by the 65th minute, I really hope they get plenty of rest between now and Sunday, they're gonna need it. Also Mancini needs to look carefully how to address that midfield, Olmo and busquets caused massive problems. Especially Olmo who sneaked behind Italys mid and we suffered for so long. Both Denmark and England have players who are fully capable to repeat that and this time capatlise on their chances. I'm feeling pessimistic on Italys chances. It's all England's to lose.

Gotta say that was really a tense one, well done to Italy for seeing it through, they really believed in it, gave it all and got rewarded in the end.
