Man, I must say I was impressed with Gallas' performance in the France-England game. He showed he has plenty of skill and above all seemed solid, something I haven't seen from him very often.:)

    Gallas was pretty solid, especially when he had to tidy up at the back when Owen was through at the start.

    Does anyone know why Radostin Kishishev isn't in Portugal?

    And not just Mexes. It's true that France have two top quality left backs in the squad (Silvestre, Lizarazu) but Patrice Evra had a phenomenal season and was selected as Ligue 1's Young Player of the Year.

    I just don't get some of these NT coaches :undecide: It's ridiculous that Gilardino is at home as well.
    Agree about Evra, but Gilardino had to stay at home. He would sit on the bench the whole time, and never played a game for the NT before.

    Indeed, I really fancy the Irish team, they've got so many good players who are under-rated. Poor dudes :down:
