Hmmm... great article and I agree with guy on most points. It is really sad what happended to the industry.
A similar thing has been going on in rock music for ages. And who is to blame??? Freaky teenagers who wants pop pop pop pop and some pop.
This pop music is the root to all sell-outs. Rappers/rockers whatever see the treasure in pop music, and then converts a beautiful artform like HipHOp into this mainstream, makes me puke, poppish crap.
It will make them rich but also bloody ignorant and forgotten in a couple of years.
