That homo spent half the match on his bench before getting a yellow card for grabbing the Cup's dick. I loved Madrid's idea for handling Torres. "Whenever he gets the ball, we all kick him the ankle".:melayyanandmessi:

Pepe's a cunt, he said he'd basically be happy to chop and hack at Torres throughout the game, and it's exactly what he did. I saw one good tackle from him, and a bunch of crap ones. I hope Gerrard fucks him up at Anfield. Pretty funny though, Real thought that they'd show themselves to be back as a big-time CL threat, we showed that they've got a long way to go, even considering the quality of their players. So arrogant before the match, now they realize that it's a bit more complicated than just showing up and hoping Robben can win the game for them. Right now, Liverpool are considered by most people to be one of the most dangerous CL teams, and there's a reason for that. We are. I wonder if Ramos asked Pepe why the fuck he let the smallest player on the pitch score the winning header in his penalty area...

I loved all the diving the Madrid center backs did in the first half. Guti should have played from the start and Higuain has a ways to go.

I can't wait for a full strength squad at Anfield. Benayoun has come on of late and I am happy to see it. I wonder if Van Der Vaart will talk so much before the next leg considering all the playing time he got tonight.

it should be a classic encounter, I just wish I could have watched today's game, sounds like it was pretty classic. I thought Benayoun wasn't great against Man city, but in general I agree, he's stepped up to the plate recently

He was running all over Madrid. Basically the mirror of what Robben was for them. Though we need Yossi to become more comfortable at shooting when he gets space in the box instead of passing in traffic.

spot on. completely agree with that, he's becoming more and more confident in being one of our main outlets, he just needs to shoot more. and he has an excellent shot!

He always tries to dish but gets lost in traffic. His goal he had against Portsmouth was spectacular... we need more of that from him.

Oh and is it just me or has Fabio Aurellio been playing some of the best football I've seen in a while. Fabio was great in defense today and tackled like a demon. A few times I mistook him for Mascherano.

Aurelio's really a top player, I just wish he would stop getting injured! he's one of our best players technically, and in terms of passing. His crosses keep getting better, if he stays fit, Insua's going to have a tough time getting a starting place.

True, but Insua's brief stint in the starting lineup before Christmas gives me hope for the kid's future. He's only 19 or so and is a perfect under-study for the LB position.

he definitely does have the potential, and he's been very solid when he's played. not bad in FM either. He's a big lad too, looks fat :D
