Agreed, no one can be taken for granted all it takes is a slip up in the next two games and we're out.
Ps atletico looking decent but if we can torment the central defenders....

exactly, if anything a bigger team provides nedved et al with tremendous drive and passion, something which has made a difference in difficult matches. but at the same time Chelsea may just be too strong.

Some teams we should avoid, period. We cant get Man U, Barca, but like, if we could draw them, I would want to avoid them in every way possible, for now. Eventually you have to face them.

With these second pot teams, I only want to avoid Chelsea, they have a better team, even if its doable head to head, prefer every other choice. Preferly Porto or Sporting.

I wouldn't much fancy Chelsea, but I wouldn't be unduly concerned at drawing any other team.

I fancy Sporting.

Of course most of us would rather avoid Chelsea than a team like Panathinaikos. But like Luca said nothing should be taken for granted.

I'd rather we face a team like Real Madrid and beat them in 180min than face Bate away and struggle to them.

Like Ranieri said and I think thats the best thing he's said so far this season "I don't care against whom we'll play, I care about our performance in February".

Makes lot of sense to me.

we would benefit from someone like Lyon, a good enough team to give us our 'never say die' attitude, but they're not invincible.

Also remember we aren't dead certs to win OUR group yet.

Real- Liverpool would be a fascinating game, not sure you'd like it though:D
Do you think you could take inter again this year?

I wouldn't mind drawing Inter again or Madrid. We tend to play better against top competition. Especially with that second leg at Anfield. Yeah I could be down for that.
