Word X2

Btw, to prove what i was saying......

They crushed everyone in the spring, but look at their results in UEFA groups during the autumn and the winter :

Zenit 1 - 1 AZ ( October 25)
Larissa 2 - 3 Zenit ( November 11)
Zenit 2 - 2 Nürnberg (November 29)
Everton 1 - 0 Zenit (December 5)

They hardly passed the Uefa Cup group as 3rd placed, with only 1 point more than the 4th placed team.
I know all that. You don't have to prove it. My point is that when Zenit is at their best they could probably give anyone a run.

Your right though, Just Zapata would do. Either way we need a quality defender & mifielder. Lucho & Zapata would be more realistic
I'd be happy with even Zapata and Appiah... assuming Appiah brings his Ghana NT game. Midfield they can really make do with what they have, but the defense is just ugly without Chiellini, and mediocre even with him.

Fair group, could have been better but also could have been worse.

Zenit these days in Russia doen't look like the team that won Uefa last term.

Plus,if Arshavin leaves, that will weaken them alot.

We must go through from this group, let's fight with Madrid!!!

We must qualify, but we must sign at least 2 quality players before the market closes. We cannot just rely on Arshavin joining Tottenham
