So sad for Standard, I haven't seen a team go through to te next round so undeserved as Liverpool did.
I bet Dante will feel very bad since he missed the penalty two weeks ago, that has cost them qualification now.
I won't cheer for Pool this season, they don't deserve to be in the Cl.
And to think Torres is worth more then the entire Standard squad.

Stupid English teams.

Pot 1:

Preferable Lyon,if not maybe Liverpool,Barca/Madrid...the others unwanted.

Just not Man,utd.whoever just not manutd.hate them so much.

Pot 3:

Don't really care, maybe to avoid Fener.

The best/easy picks here whould be Steaua Bucharest and Basel.

Pot 4:

It's obvious the mission here is to avoid Atletico Madrid.
Shahtar also tricky team, especially away in Ukraine,at winter.
If lucky even more then also avoid Dinamo Kyev.

the others are no threat.

nah the usual would happen, we would go to anfield and choke under the pressure/whirlwind start that poo, would hit us with then struggle to get back into the game with liverpool rarely venturing outwith their own box

The pots suck. This means we cant go to Munich and get a sweet injury time goal:p

And i dont agree with the 'we wont be able to handle an EPL' team sentiment here.I think this is our best chance of beating an EPL team in years.Firstly because we go in as underdogs, which is probably not the case in our last two outing against an english opposition, and secondly because of the combined EPL experience that Ranieri,Sissoko and Mellberg have.

Bring on the EPL mofos!

This is how we'll play in the groups :

1st match day: Juventus v pot 3

2nd match day: pot 1 v Juventus

3rd match day: Juventus v pot 4

4th match day: pot 4 v Juventus

5th match day: pot 3 v Juventus

6th match day: Juventus v pot 1

It's good that in the last round we play the group favorite and we play them in Turin. If, as expected, the favorite will be qualified before the last round then we'll probably play against their B squad.
It's going to be very hard though if both we and the group favorite need a win in the last round.
