I just finished watching the CL qulifying match between BATE Borisov and Levski Sofia. BATE went through to CL groups.
You can trust me on this : BATE Borisov is the weakest team that ever made it to the Champions League.

Previously the weakest team was exactly Levski Sofia. Two years ago they played CL and they finished with 6 defeats out of 6 with a goal difference 1:17.
That Levski from 2006 was twice better than today's Levski. And still Levski completely outplayed BATE through the 180 minutes. More than 20 chances, missed penalty etc, but the ball simply didn't want to go in more than once. BATE had 2 shoots in 180 minutes and they scored twice. They've been defending ( and there were some humorous situations with their clumsy defenders) with 10 men all the time.
Can you imagine a team with 10 Molinaro's ? Well, BATE is three times worse than that :).
Clear 6 pts for whoever gets BATE in the group stages.

I think you saw Liverpool play in a group with Chelsea when Liverpool finished 5th in the league, but they still entered the CL because they won it the year before. They were placed in the first qualifying round and the rule of no 2 teams from the same country did not apply for them.
aaah yes.. You guys are right :) .. Thanx for the clarification :)

Actually, I have a feeling that we would perform better if we have stronger more familiar teams.
