^no its not, even compared to Celtic. Barca team is just mentally weak, they need a proper CM I feel, a Vieira/Gattuso type. But their problem (?) is that in la liga they can get away without one. Its the issue for Spanish clubs. Do you play ugly, but effective football (Madrid/Valencia) & grind out wins in the league but put in good CL showings or play free-flowing stuff in league, but struggle in CL, like Barca? I know Barca triumphed in CL 2 years ago with largely the same team, but it seemed like their every flick & trick came off that season, plus us, Bayern, Real & Milan put in BS seasons in Europe. They have failed to reach those highs again & still struggle, even v Rangers.

I really didn't get why Henry was playing on the left and Ronaldinho in the centre, Henry isn't as fast as he used to be anymore and clearly played out of position yesterday.
The Barca I saw yesterday won't win the CL, and that had nothing to do with how Rangers played, Barca should be able to win matches like these, else they can forget winning the cl.
And Ronaldinho is just awfull at the moment.

barca now is missing a lot of first team players especially in the midfield . so this is not the best form of bara , gudionsen played in midfield cause barca dont have any midfielders cause of injury , also puyol played instead of zambrotta on the RB .and yes like you said henry should not play on the left cause he is not fast like he was before

I think that Barca, with the players they had yesterday should be able to beat Rangers, I agree Gudjonsson shouldn't have played as a midfielder, maybe Rijkaard should have gone for a 4-4-2 with Messi as RM and Ronaldinho as ML and INiesta, Xavi as the two MC's, Henry and Gudjonsson as strikers, I think that would have been better then what he did yesterday, playing 2-3 players completely out of position.
IMO, your coach is your biggest weakness, togheter with a completely out of form Ronaldinho.
