....and that is most likely to happen no?
Likely but certainly not guaranteed.

but think so: if he hadnt left aberdeen, aberdeen would right now be a deadly and scary force in europe. think what success you could have had in 20 years.

fergu is a betrayer of your club and betrayers have to pay :p
By the time he left, the great team of the early 80's was already starting to break up.

You can't expect a guy to stay at a club with an average attendence of 15,000 to turn down Man U.

I know you weren't serious, but the guy is still a hero in Aberdeen.

do you think manu will be his last job or he might end his career where he started?

When you say where he started, do you mean East Stirlingshire? Because that is where he started.

It will be his last job.

When he announced a few years ago he would retire, the Aberdeen board did make him an ofer to come back in whatever role he wanted, from manager to chairman, but of course he changed his mind and stayed on at Man Utd.

I cant wait for the Reds match to start. It will be interesting to see who starts at left mid for us... Leto, Babel, or Aurellio. My money is Babel. But we'll see.

Why is that everytime during the groupstages 2 English teams play on the first day, whereas the other 2 English teams play on the 2nd matchday? The channels around here focus on EPL teams the most, and having 2 English Teams play on each day means that the two games they'd show here on both match days will be those of english teams:ferocious:

Champions: Line-ups

Massimo Ambrosini is given the nod in a packed Milan midfield against Benfica, while Stefano Mauri and youngster Lorenzo De Silvestri return in Olympiakos-Lazio.

The line-ups for tonight’s Champions League games have been confirmed and Carlo Ancelotti is going for a Christmas tree system with a solid centre.

Pippo Inzaghi is picked as the lone striker supported by Kaka and Clarence Seedorf, so Massimo Ambrosini reinforces the midfield.

It is an important area and Benfica counter with former Rossoneri star Manuel Rui Costa, although ex-Fiorentina forward Nuno Gomes is on the bench.

In Greece, Lazio begin their campaign against Olympiakos and welcome Mauri back from a long-term injury.

Under-21 international De Silvestri is also in the starting XI despite his relative lack of experience even at Serie A level.

Even after a solid display against Empoli on Saturday, goalkeeper Fernando Muslera is dropped in favour of veteran Marco Ballotta.

Check back on the Football Italia website for half-time, full and post-match coverage of the Italian clubs in Europe.

Milan: Dida; Oddo, Nesta, Kaladze, Jankulovski; Gattuso, Pirlo, Ambrosini; Kakà, Seedorf; Inzaghi
Benfica: Quim; Luis Filipe, Edcarlos, Katsouranis, Leo; Rui Costa, Maxim Pereira, Cristian Rodriguez, Di Maria; Miguel Vitor, Cardozo

I hope its better than Porto-Liverpool...this is some crap. Its going like...long ball to Quaresma, foul. Long ball to Torres, foul. Then they're both like "Let me kick the ball from my side of the field to your goalkeeper". And so on and so forth.
