Arsenal play everything excellent until the end because they decide not to continue their play and do a bad finish, because they don't fill the box to do something up front and because they have Abedayor.

plus how often does he nearly kick folk in the face? high feet all night

arsenal really need a midfielder who is not afraid to shoot, who knows when to have a pop instead of attempting (yet another) pretty pass...dare i say they needed rosicky?

They need a man in the box, imagine Trezeguet with Arsenal.

Well Adebayor is only the top scorer of the Premier League and has scored for 8 consecutive games or so. To say he is a bad player based on one game is uncalled for. I am not a fan of English football but I do watch Arsenal regurlarly because their game is simply the most entertaining in the world, and on that basis I will say that Adebayor is a force. He has flaws but he is still young and will polish them off eventually.

Anyway, gutted about his miss with seconds to go. I really want Milan to go out early. 1-0 and things would look so different. Arsenal did outplay them totally from start to end though.

I dont think arsenal outplayed them, they probably had more chances (read more crosses to the penalty area :D) but where was this fast one touch football whats usually so typical for arsenal? Where?

not really, arsenal continues to waste good chances, just a minute ago ebou missing a chance he would have scored in epl. And now Adebayor offside.
erm...actually Eboues scoring record in the CL is better than his scoring record in the EPL..i dont think he has actually scored in an EPL match before..i may be mistaken though.

Adebayor is a bad finisher no doubt about that, but tbh he was isolated upfront today, he worked extremely hard and gave the milan defenders a real test, thats obviously not enough..but i dont blame him today.

I thought Flamini was phenomenal today..he kept Kaka in check, and made sure he was quiet..Hleb and Cescs build up was impressive too..but as usual we lack end product..

I am watching the Arsenal highlights again now and I can't but notice that they don't have anyone in the box, all the chances they have 4 or 5 players outside and one of them goes in SOMETIMES. They shoot from far away and when they come in they don't have assistance to make something special, with this way you cannot score against Milan, I don't know how do they manage in the league.

    :lol2:

How can Arsenal or any of the top four EPL teams be considered as English teams? They're jokes.
The fact that they're English teams IS the joke. I hope they all go out, the bastards.

Arsenal have worst forwards I've ever seen.
I don't know about that. Adebayor is a force at least who couldn't find his feet tonight. Don't like that wanker though.

    And fulltime, of course

Arsenal are soooo out. Milan have NEVER been eliminated from CL when they had the second leg at San Siro
Yeah, unfortunately they're going out at this stage. It's a shame because they're the only Premiership team that I could stand to see win the trophy.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Adebayor is a fucking asshole/terrible professional, but a quality player nonetheless.
