Apples and oranges, Rami. And besides, nobody knows exactly what Platini will do. You can't base arguments on amendments that haven't even happened yet.
I totally understand where you are coming from, I know how it is like to live in a place where everybody cheers for a team. Despite the fact 90% don't know shit about football or their team. A couple of years ago Barca over here was like any other team, they had their fans, while the rave was Real Madrid. Lol now everything just flipped Barca stickers on bumpers, scarves, jersies...etc very disgusting. I swear I know a couple of guys who were "die hard" Real fans who suddenly changed to "die hard" Barca fans. Its not only disgusting but insulting to me as a Juve fan and a Football fan! I actually educated some of these "fans" on their team's history and culture.
But the thing is, as much as I hate Barca and their ever-so-annoying fans, I actually cheered for them against Milan last year. The reality is, in any general discussion whenever Milan is mentioned, Juve is the team they are compared with, and vice-versa. The discussion usually ends with Juve is superior in Italy and Milan in Europe. This always fills a Milanista with joy and pride, because the conclusion tips the scale to Milan's favor. And as if thats enough, the question that always risen after that conclusion is why? Rival fans will usually conclude with the "referee" conclusion!
However if Manchester won, as I mentioned earlier, Juve and Manchester records are very comparable on the European front. In fact they are even tied in their encounters with equal number of wins, losses, and draws. Juve is also superior in other competitions other than the CL i.e UEFA cup, super cup, winners' cup, intercontinental cup. So no Manchester fan could really build an argument of Manure's superiority over Juve in Europe. Domestically Manchester haven't even won half of Juve's 29!
Anyways thats my rant, hope you understand.
