What happened yesterday wasn't a massacre by ManUtd more than being a committing suicide by Roma themselves.

I've just finished reading the last 20 pages of that thread and I think I have nothing to add, actually you guys said it all. I just want to point at the disgrace that the Italian football would suffer for at least two or three seasons to come.

I'm now dying hard to know what are the feelings of the f**kers of FIGC, hope they'll rot in hell.

What hurts me the most is that Juventus won't be in Europe for another season, the bitterness in my throat increases every time I remember that, that's disgusting. :yuck:
ya after yesterdays showing, roma proved to the world that italian futbol aint shit without juve

Sadly, Italian teams struggle against pace because they simply aren't used to that type of player/football in Serie A. Whose to blame? Probably the dinosaurs who coach the teams.

The top teams 'design' their team for domestic success as a priority, so they have players and tactics that can't cope when they face teams who can ruthlessly exploit weaknesses.

that pretty much sums things up

as a fan of calcio, I am pretty embarassed today

I enjoy watching the EPL for all of its speed and pace, but I always felt that the tactical play of the Italian teams could cancel that out, and turn games into a counter-attackers dream.

Milan did that best a few seasons ago against Manure, and I expected Roma to have been able to do the same, but they proved yesterday that their defense has more holes than a block of swiss cheese

I fully expect Lazio to overtake Roma for second place in Serie A

Commenting on the part in bold, when I first decided to support the Italian football, I based my football philosophy on tactics, which have been the first thing to be bore in my mind when the word "Football" is mentioned.

Without a shadow of a doubt, I sound that. :pint:

Well, there's one thing I've got to say to Roma:

YOU FUCKING IDOTS! EVERYONE knows English teams wil go in an all out attack the first 20 minutes. Yesterday I literally told my brother, who supports Roma, it would be 3-0 after 20 minutes. If I know this, Spalletti should know this as well. Fucking ridiculous. And don't tell me Roma isn't good enough to at least compete in the CL. They beat Lyon FFS. No need to crumble like this.
Excuse me, but I got a warning for this? Can someone explain?
