That's a little bit confusing, I mean talking about Milan as being Italy's future team in general. If you mean the near future (the next 3 or 4 years), so I agree. Milan have a good average age squad taking into consideration that the likes of Maldini, Cafu and Serginho are already ending their career. Whilst, the backbone of the squad is in an optimum age for the next 3 seasons, at least, like Gattuso, Pirlo, Nesta, Gilardino, Gorcuff, Ronaldo, Seedorf, etc...
I know that there are three player from the previous ones exceeded 30, but don't forget that I'm talking just about the near future.
