Matches I'm looking forward to besides juve vs brugge:

real madrid vs lyon

lets see how real madrid bounces back from the 3-0 loss to barca. if they lose against lyon at home I don't see lux holding on to his job. Zizzou is past it so if I was lux i'd start him off the bench, let guti take his place. I really want to see how lyon responds to the atmosphere at stadio bernabeu.

Fenerbahce vs Ac Milan

haydi fener! :D with no stam or cafu, milan's defence is not in good shape. I hope fener wins! fener plays amazingly well at home infront of their fans (I wish we had that kind of atmosphere all the time).

man utd vs villareal

I want villareal to win simply because I hate man ure, hell who doesn't? :D

somehow I doubt we will have the pleasure of seeing Manure and Milan fail to reach the group stages, although it would be wonderful!

Another uninspiring performance by Man United and they are in deep trouble having to win in Portugal next time around. Any club in this respective group can go through and Manure must win if they want to play in knockout stages. Villareal came to Old Trafford for a draw and a draw is what they got...they shut down the middle of the park and Gonzalo Rodriguez was the man of the match tonight. The Argentinian marked Van Nistelrooy out of the match and intercepted many through balls that could have troubled Villareal...Juventus needs to buy this exceptional young defender. Apart from that neither team looked impressive and it's just more pressure on Sir Alex.

What a wonderful comeback by Udinese after being 1-0 down in Greece. Iaquinta and Candela scored in the last ten minutes to give Cosmi's side a great chance to qualify for the knockouts, albeit in their first CL ever. I sure hope they are able to get a result out of the match against Barca...it will be difficult though. But hopefully Rijkaard will field some youth team members and give the Fruili side some help...they will need it.
