chxta, who was the Mali teenager (I think it was Mali) who was very good for them, he was there best player, excluding Kanoute...he looked very good. at the African Cup of Nations...

I'd have to agree with chxta, whilst I think that 95% of the best players in the world are in Europe? But there are so who arent, however most tend to end up in Europe....
Llamine Sissoko. Valencia.

And you are dead right Nicole.

Why lazy? I am quite impressed with Nicole...

She has made the point that made the most sense since we all started arguing. A player could be excellent on the one stage, and a flop on the next.

Examples...

Beckham at Madrid
Riquelme at Barca....

there's more...
no that smilie wasnt about that it was about Nicole claiming Scholes is one of the best players in Englands history.

so do you know Tarek Ettaeb?

I don't understand all the hype about Rooney, well he played a couple of good games in the EURO without ever really excelling....but FFS what more????

well he's not a mediocre player.he's easily Man Utd's best striker this season.
Because Ruud is injured, and for some reason Fergie simply refuses to give Saha, Smith and Bellion a look in.

Ah, I had heard of him, but I didnt know if it was the same person...I take it they brough him after that torny???

To tell the truth Nigeria have impressed me, they tend to have great youngsters, like Yakubu and Martins, but there are so many more, I cant name them all know because I have to go, but I think a underrated player is Julius Agwahowa of Shaktar Donetsk

That's not very hard when Van Nistelrooy and Solskjaer have long-term injuries, and Saha and Smith have done their time on the treatment table too...

Aghahowa scored yesterday and knocked Schake04 out of the UEFA Cup. Nigeria's problem has always been managing the so many talented youngsters into a formidable team, and part of that problem is from the players themselves.

We do so well in age grade competitions when the players are young and unknown. But the moment they become richer than the coaches, they become almost impossible to handle, example, Sunday Oliseh and Ffinidi George in the 2002 ACN.

Libyan, highly rated. Methinks he'd end up in the same class as Opng Weah and Ryan Giggs.
i read about an interview with him and he was going to move to West Ham when he was 21 but the rules in England stopped him because Libya at that time was ranked the 99(Fifa rankings)IMO his talent got wasted in the tunisian league, now he plays at Gaziantespor at Turkey,i heard that he had a very good start there, but i havent heard anything about him for more than a month now:down:,you know how he's doing?

He's still at Gaziantespor and is doing OK. But he is an example of the point that I have been trying to make since...

If he were European, his talent would have been noticed and he'd have been lighting up one of the big leagues now...

He should be the same age as Joe Cole now, but fred weasley, who's better now, and who was better then?

Get the point?
