RvP to United would be pretty sucky for Arsenal. The only way they could redeem themselves after that would be by winning the league. But that ain't gonna happen.

Rooney and RvP would make a sexy partnership tho. That would be the best attack out there imo.
If the merc manages to stay fit that is.

@ Aaron: Yeah, so will Young, Berbatov and Chicharito I guess.
@Fred: I have a feeling that even a half a season will be enough for United. Especially if it's the latter half.

They didn't just sign new 5 year contracts and take the bonus money to get a fresh high top with neat lighting bolt on the side.

One of Rooney or RVP won't be scoring so many goals, that's for sure.

Kagawa, Rooney and RVP have to play, so that would suggest a front three, but then Young, Valencia and Nani are going to struggle. Man Utd simply have too shit a CM to play with only two there, the side will be horribly imbalanced.

United are also signing a striker called Angelo Hernandez from Universidad de Chile. So Fergie has well and truly got his priorities fucked.

We should have a little look at Chicarito and Nani.

Arsenal have shown their lack of ambition in selling their best player to a direct rival.

Obviously don't consider themselves to be rivals to Utd and see themselves battling for 4th instead.

Was going to post a photo of him in the wish thread. Meh, I'll do it anyway, that would be a sneaky move if we could pull it off.

Welbeck just renewed as well.

I wouldn't say Kagawa has to play. He'll be rotated along with Valencia, Young and Nani.

van Persie will take pressure off Rooney I suppose but it's an odd signing. After the Berbatov signing when he was 28 i'm sure he said that would be the last time they'd pay big money for anybody over 26. I suspect part of this move was motivated by Fergie having the opportunity to pinch Arsenal's/Wenger's best player.
