Marin is overrated. If they get the right coach they could do really well though. Hazard could really blow up and if they get Hulk too they will be ridiculous. Hazard, Mata, Hulk and Torres who seems to be regaining form in the same team.

actually I did read some rumours suggesting that Roman was gunning for Harry this year before trying to snatch Pep next summer.

imo, unless Chelski manage to get Pep or Mou or some other coach of that caliber, it would be just plain stupid to let go of RDM without giving him a shot and seeing what he is really capable of while managing the team over an entire season.

no, actually I have never been a fan of Hazard and don't think he was worth what Chelski paid for him ... actually, I don't think they should have gone for him to begin with.
