Mid-season in EPL

1. Manchester City 45
2. Manchester Utd. 45
3. Tottenham 39 (-1 match)
4. Arsenal 36
5. Chelsea 34
6. Liverpool 34
7. New Castle 30

Third and fourth are for grabs. There will be blood in that fight for CL places.
I hope Tottenham gets one. And out of Chelsea, Liver, Arse, I would like Chelsea to lose it the most, but I have this dream of Liver or Arse failing to make CL and we take Suarez or RVP :shifty:

It doesn't matter if they don't have Vidic, they will keep scoring 4+ goals against the lesser sides.

And they're out of CL and won't bother with EL.

I watched them yesterday and their defense was chaotic. It was to be expected since two CMs played as CBs - Carrick and Jones.
Yesterday they were unlucky with all 4 CBs being sidelined, but if Ferdinand and Smalling make it injuryless till the end of the year and especially if they buy a solid CB this January, they will fight for the league till the end.

He's still a good CB, so it's not really an issue for them. Having Carrick at CB definitely is.

Man City have the title to lose, their inability to win games they dominate in recent weeks needs to change.

He played in midfield whenever I watched them this year. Except yesterday, of course.
For most of the season they had too many centerbacks, and he is capable of playing as a CM, thats why you saw him play as a CM several times. He is originally a centerback though, he was one of the best centerbacks in the league when he was at Blackburn last season.
