well we def. spend enough money but sadly on the wrong players...but let's not forget city did it all the time... players like santa cruz jo and co costed them over 100mil €..... now they just buy players for 40mil...
well, it was reckless challenge by Drogba, not to mention an unnecessary one too. Didn't see Bosingwa's sending off and the Pk situation but this one was a good call, imo.
anyways, this has turned out to be an unforgettable day, football-wise, and to think I was so close to going back to sleep after the 1st half of the Lecce-Milan game
it's just one of those days for Chelsea ... everything going against them and nothing their way ... and no Boateng to come off the bench for them

with 9 vs 11 and coming off a midweek game too, Chelsea's objective now would be to stay within a score of QPR for as long as possible without letting the game run away from them and rely on dead-ball situations for an equalizer. Only towards the end of the game will I expect Chelase to become more adventurous and reckless in attack if the result is still negative for them. Cole would have to give his heart out there now in order to compensate both in offense and defense.
A draw would be worth a win in a game like this ... I think a win is more or less out of the question now, unless you guys get lucky with corners, free kicks, or end up scoring every shot you manage to get on goal. Keep in mind that as time progresses, your players will get increasingly tired too so, I'd think that if they don't score within the next 20-25 min, they are unlikely to score in this game bar any miracle shots/goals.
