Chelsea are so lucky if its true. Neymar is such an obvious future WC player, I have no idea why we didn't go for him when we're in need of some new blood. Look at Pato, everybody knew he was a special talent and now Milan have this amazing 20 year old for many, many years.

I ALWAYS look to bring in Neymar on Champ man, for Juve, to replace Del Piero.

He playeys defind Fotti, with Giovinco.

I piss the league.

Can't wait for Tottenham-Man City tomorrow. Should be a great game.

Bit of (surprising) trivia:
"Tottenham have won 11 of their last 12 Premier League encounters with Manchester City, with the most recent one confirming a Champions League qualifying spot for the Lilywhites."

Hope that tradition continues tomorrow.

yeah but how patient is the owner goin to be & how much more dosh would he really willing to throw into this pet project?

I can't imagine him investing much more without on field returns and aren't the new rules preventing owners investing directly in player transfers comin in from next seaon for EPL?

Dude, that sheikh can wipe his ass with the money he spent on City and their players. He won't stop untill he gets bored, money is like air to him, he won't run out of it.

Don't know about the rules, but the owner has shitloads to spent so IMO, he will keep doing it until he succeeds, if allowed.
There's definitely a rule coming preventing owners bankrolling the playing squad. something to do with the club can't spend more than the club earns. No more sugar daddy's like Roman & the Sheik

I know of a rule that they need to have 8 home grown players in their squad and that they may have a max of 25 players registered, but that is about it as far as I know.

from The Guardian (UK)

Most clubs in the Premier League are funded by owners, most spectacularly at Chelsea and Manchester City, where Roman Abramovich and Sheikh Mansour subsidised losses of £47m and £93m respectively. Owners will, according to the rules, be permitted to invest in clubs, via permanent shares rather than repayable loans, to build solid infrastructure such as training grounds or youth development facilities, but not overspending on wages or transfers.
