I read on a Beglian website that Joe Cole has signed for Arsenal, don't know if it is true.

I am aware of our interest in him, but i haven't heard that we signed him yet.

On one hand he's a free agent, so he would sound like a Wenger type signing, on the other hand though, he is asking for 100k a week for wages. I doubt we would be willing to pay him that much, so unless he agrees to take a pay cut, i don't believe we will sign him.

Operating profits fell by half for EPL clubs in that season.

Teams in the Championship are spending 90% of their income on wages. It's no wonder Aberdeen can't compete with them when they are willing to take stupid risks like that.

I can't wait for it to all come tumbling down.

110% agree. EPL is the new Serie A.
