He's a really really good motivator. Not much other than that though, his dealing in the transfer market especially is rather poor.
West ham need that motivator as they play on confidence. Avram just sits there and simply does nothing on the side line. Its a bit too little too late if you ask me. should have been done a couple months ago...........but this is WHU and their ruthless mouthy board. But still i cant be too harsh on them seeing as they have shifted our debt from £105m to £80m in just a year.
We have a lot of injuries and had no choice but to draft in our youth players, who in time will be good but are seemingly 'Burnt' out right now and having to play a load of matches especially during our xmas period. MON as reports suggests seems reluctant to take over, but really needs convincing, or simply be on a contract til the end of the season. Im not overly keen of the idea of having MON in charge in the situation were in but you never know. I'll be happy to take chris Hughton. he's been through that shit before and i wouldnt mind him taking charge.
