That was close, West Ham really played it well, Grant got his tactics right, he played a relatively high line in defense, which was risky, but he knew that to stop Arsenal, you should neutralize their creative midfielders Cesc and Nasri in midfield. They did that quite well to be honest. Parker and Noble covered a lot of ground and closed Cesc down all the time.

Fantastic game of football that first half was, end to end stuff. Tottenham are playing quite well, but they have no presence upfront. They should take out R.Keane in the second half, he's useless as a lone striker. United playing their usual fast paced game, Nani has been quite good for them so far, also Van der Saar has kept them in the game, some of the saves he's pulled off make you think he's still 25

I'm also very impressed by VDV, what a signing he is turning out to be for Tottenham. Other than hitting the post and nutmegging Fletcher he has passed the ball around very well, and has been dangerous whenever receiving the ball in the final third.
