Crime follows money, have a look at the richest...

Anyway, today Everton exposed Man Utd as Milan should have done midweek, a team with a soft underbelly who are being dragged along by Rooney. He had a poor game today and they lost 3-1...

Quoted in several national newspapers today, he added: 'I have seen much worse than that in my life - my own players were bought by the opponent. And I didn't become paranoid.'

The former Nancy, Monaco and Nagoya Grampus Eight coach did not give any details over the club or players concerned, however.

'I do not want to come out on the past,' he said. 'In my job, you always have reasons to become paranoid, so I do not want to go the way to think that people are not honest.'
I don't understand why he bothers.

That doesn't matter because the ref sure didn't let the opponent players know about the permission to Henry. I don't know what the rules are or if scoring such goals is legitimate but Wenger should be last one to complain about this.

Very true... their midfield suffered with the exception of fletcher.

If they are to depend on rooney alone then they need the midfield to give him some service.
Against Milan they were lucky that rooney scored twice from the only two chances he got. Their midfield was failing... they desperately need a star in the middle.. or at least a fit ryan giggs.

They haven't had a strong midfield for a few years now, they miss Hargreaves who is always injured also. They have relied on the individual magic of Ronaldo and now Rooney, and having a strong defence with Rio-Vidic. Now that has been broken up they look like conceding goals all the time.

What is the difference between Henry taking freekicks before the defenders make the wall and the goal Arsenal conceded against Porto?
Under the rules there is no difference.

The EPL ref's handle the situation a bit differently in that the player usually has to ask for permission to take it quickly.

I don't think Wenger has a case on this one.

    :agree:

I've seen oil tankers turn faster than Evans did for the third goal.

Very impressive performance from Everton considering they were missing Fellaini and Cahill.
Indeed a very impressive performance in which they dominated possession for large chunks of the game.

I like Moyes very much and i believe he is one of the best coaches in the Premiership. The 4-2-3-1 he employs is very compact and his midfielders are very flexible, if you've noticed they play without any defensive minded midfielders as their deep lying midfielders are Arteta and Osman, too attack minded midfielders, its a formation that has done wonders for them however as they have done well to keep possession against teams like United.

I wish Scotland could produce players the way we produce coaches.

Indeed, Scottish coaches are the shit. Moyes, McLeish, W.Smith all quality managers that are better than any of their English counterparts.

What happened to Manure? Where was Rooney today?

    Forza Everton and Landon Donovan!
Donovan has been an absolutely amazing signing for Everton thus far.

Did you see the game? Today he was played on the left wing, i personally didn't expect him to play so well when played out of position like that, but he was one of the best players on the pitch if not the best yesterday. Gave G.Neville a horrid time, the cunt just couldn't get a hold of Donovan.

Only just recovering from yesterdays vital win against Hull. Good solid performace by the boys and were keeping clean sheets on a regular basis. Yep! only thing is our next 3 away games. Man Utd, Chelsea,Arsenal. But our home games are winnable. C'mon you Irons!
