2-2 final score.

Good to see them not get the win after their pathetic diving antics.

City did well today, especially their centerbacks. Certainly didn't deserve to get screwed over by a bunch of divers and their accepting referee.

What shambles the Liverpool defense is, they really are the epitome of mediocrity this season. I do not believe any big team in Europe defends as poorly as them in set pieces. Also they cannot hold onto a lead if their life depended on it.

They could have lost today if it weren't for N'Gog's blatant dive.

My Liverpool to finish 5th prediction isn't so outlandish after all.
I predicted that at the start of the season too, looks more and more likely to be honest.

Since the topic is about Ngog's dive here and it is in England, did anybody see the Sunderland-Tottenham game ? ( there wasn't anything decent at the time). But the penalty Bent got was exactly the same as Ngog's but you don't see any reaction to it whatsoever. I'm not sure because he is English or because the penalty was saved. Nonetheless surely it warranted some reaction, even the commentators didn't really recognise it. Here is a link to the highlights
