who cares, the whole "best league in the world!!!!!!" debate is so boring. each league has different things to offer, and most people will only consider the league with THEIR team in it to be the best.

I mean the fight for the title though. Its been 3 seasons now Utd winning it. And clearly United should be weaker now then some rivals, since they lost you know who. Yes they still have a solid team, but if they win it this season, what weak challenge from rivals then.

you're definitely correct about that. the only way I can see them winning though is if neither Chelsea or Liverpool live up to their potential. If Ancelotti can get the best out of Chelsea and not fuck up, then they'll win the premiership. If Liverpool fix their defensive issues, and get lucky with(out) injuries, then I fully expect manu to fall behind. Manu are clearly much weaker than last year, and while they are still THE team to beat, they no longer have Ronaldo to pull a rabbit out of a hat every time they don't play well. In addition, without Ronaldo, other teams are much more confident against them, and will actually challenge their defence and midfield, rather than trying to merely keep Ronaldo from scoring.
