The big mistake on the first goal was that three or four defenders went to close Fabregas who just moved it sideways to Denilson who was left in loads of space.

I watch very little La Liga these days, but from memory it is/was worse than the EPL in general.

Bundisliga has a more organised football, and the defending is not as shambolic in the EPL. The order for the best defending I think
1 Serie A
2 bundisliga
3 la liga
4 EPL

But the difference is La Liga dont really try to play defensive, basically whole league are quite gunho philosphy and leave space alot. But EPL teams try to play tactical and organised defence, but too many headless chickens that it can get rather embarrassing at times.
