The English national team as much as it has chocked of late is far from rubbish Andy. Rooney,Gerrard,Lampard,Terry,Ashley Cole. They are very talented players and all of them would walk into most National sides.

I actually think Italy might reach an advanced stage in the tournament. I will never write them off no matter what players they have so long as Lippi is sitting on that bench.

Italy are usually the team to 'grow' into a tournament, but I've seen them play some really bad matches, so I wouldn't be all that surprised if they got eliminated pretty early.

Besides, if we win our group and they were to come 2nd ( Or the other way around, which is obviously out of the question ), we'll be the ones to eliminate them.

WHAT!?!? Im Italian myself and love the azzurri but im going on what i see. and Italy have a weak crop of players. They was great and just at the right time during the 2006 WC and if Lippi as he stated will continue to play majority of those players from the last WC in this coming one then we're fucked. Comparing to the squad England have. Putting aside how much you hate a nation or not you still have to be open minded and talk with your head and not your heart. Regardless if Andy likes it or not, doesnt bother me, its a opinion.

Ok i didnt make myself clear sorry. My dads italian and mother english but with italian origin herself. Lived here all my life in the UK but am more towards my Italian side, If that makes any sense?? My dad talks to me in Italian too. He hates England. The weather, food. Ha. Typical Italian.

Hardcore Azzurri is he. Good man. Thing is im not against the Azzurri at all. But we all know the Azzurri isnt as strong as it was 2006. But we'll see.
