Congratulations on your willingness to prove whatever point you're trying to make. However you want to argue it. Liverpool have far more back ups in than Tottenham. Their squad is only a few players away from a full basket of spuds.
You tried to downplay the fact that your team was being hammered by saying that Tottenham is using a very strong squad while you play with youngsters.
Then i saw the line ups you posted and i noticed that Liverpool are playing with half of the first team players while i didn't know more than 3 players from Tottenham's starting XI. Tottenham are playing without their best 4 or 5 players and they are still killing Liverpool.

you don't know half their line-up? then you're just ignorant about english football.

we're playing with a weaker squad, simple enough. fucking embarrassing display none-the-less.

I edited my post.

Well I wouldn't consider Caveleri, Degen, Hyypia, Lucas, El Zhar, and N'Gog the same level of 1st team players as Arbeloa, Aurellio, Carragher, Alonso, Gerrard, Mascherano, Reira, Kuyt, and Keane. So it really isn't half of our first team, no really even close.

Except Dawson, Lennon and Pavluychenko have all been starters elsewhere. Meanwhile Lucas, Plessis, N'Gog, Zhar, Insua, Darby have not.
Your wrong about Lucas though. He was a starter for Gremio for two years before he came to Liverpool. N'Gog played a lot of games for PSG too. :D

Spurs play a 4-3-2-1. Bent is scoring while Pav hasnt adapted yet, so obviously Bent is going to be the choice for the lone striker role.

As for Lennon, he's nowhere near Bentley's level.
OK, well, that's like saying Kuyt or Keane is 2nd team because liverpool play with a lone striker and Torres is obviously the one upfront.

No its saying that they're first team, but they arent starters. Which is true for Keane.

Kuyt on the other hand plays on the right wing for you guys.

I am, i admit.
I'm not a complete ignoramus though because i know some of their players very well. Modric, Bent, King, Bentley, Woodgate, Giovani dos Santos, Jenas and i know Corluka, Gomes, Lennon, Pavlychenko and Zokora from those who play. As for the other half of their team that plays today, i admit that this is the first time i hear about them.

You've honestly never heard of Tom Huddlestone or Michael Dawson?

we're playing without:
gerrard, reina, arbeloa, aurelio, masch, kuyt, keane, riera, carra, plus alonso only played a little, and agger and torres are only recently back. basically, the only person who's close to being one of our better players is Babel, torres and agger being back from injury, hardly count

so we're playing without at least 9 of our best.

Midfield: Yids about equal Pool

Strikers: Pool >>>>>>>>>>> Yids

What's the problem here then?
