There should be proper compensation for the club which has trained the youngster, though.
Why? It's a castle built on sand. No one compensates a club who've trained a decent 21 year old into a world class 25 year old if he's out of contract. No one compensates a business for training to its staff. I can't stand business models which depend entirely on legislation, and this is one.

There is compensation payable in some circumstances.

I believe it is unfair that more compensation isn't paid to a club which has trained a youngster.

Have ManU ever thought about adding a RB because of the ageing and injury prone Gary Neville? I saw O'Shea playing there the other and thought they could do better. I could see Rafinha going there.

Yep.
I didn't know it even existed. I know there's America's next top model though. Really! I don't like to see young shirtless men. Well, apart from when DP does after winning the scudetto or a Cup.
