Laudrup didnt screw up by any means, he simply didnt live up to the success he achieved last season. Still a decent manager.

He left Brøndby in a mess and let's not compare Danish top flight teams with the big leagues.
Laudrup lives on his footballing past and his attractive playing style. I don't think it's a coincidence he has been taking over in smaller teams maybe fighting for an EL spot - he just don't have it in him to manage a big team.
