Would a real sport not detract from the party?

I always got far drunker for Scotland games (since I didn't really care about the result) than I do before Aberdeen games.
No, I don't think so, giving an uncultured mass anything sport like and they'll continue being all 'American' about it. It's just that the product would be digestible.

Stood by him? I don't see anything wrong with what he said. This part says it all

"Last year I had the opportunity to move to a big European club and I stayed on the understanding that if we failed to qualify for the Champions League the following season I'd be allowed to go," he revealed. "I gave absolutely everything last season but it was not enough to give us a top-four finish – now all I want is for Liverpool to honour our agreement."

He wanted to go, but HE stayed there in order to boost them. He could not carry them on his shoulders, he has every right to ask for a move now.

What a cunt he really is after Liverpool stood by him.
And you think Liverpool 'stood by him' just out of the goodness of their hearts?

Not merely a pragmatic decision on their part with him being their best player by miles and one they couldn't possibly hope to properly replace if he left?

Suarez is a cunt, but I don't see that you can be overly critical of him in this instance.

Yeah, he's a fag. We should just trick him into signing with QPR.

What I find wrong with what he said is that he claims he gave his all, but if he really did he wouldn't have pulled so much stupid shit to get himself banned. Also, all the garbage he spewed earlier about wanting to leave because of the British press, obviously just a smokescreen for "I want CL football", but it was when Madrid were interested so he thought he could play the victim (like he's done with everything else) & use that as an excuse.

I completely get you guys mate, and I love that your putting up an actual fight as opposed to what we did with RVP to United.

That being said, our season would be ruined without Suarez, our top four spot will seriously be under jeopardy with all the transfer dealings Tottenham are now doing :scared:

If theres something you can;t fault suarez with, its giving it his all. He puts everything he has in a football pitch and works harder than any other striker when it comes to pressing the ball and pressuring the opposition.

We might actually sell him to you if you paid what he's worth. Though it would be funny if we sold him to you and you didn't make the CL group stages. That would be sweet.
