@FabDellaValle @MarcoIaria1 in #GdS: Necessary for #Juve to sell #Zaza & #Pereyra to sign a replacement for #Pogba

:ratcafe:
Its not about the money as much as it is about managing the total number of senior Non HG players. So its actually correct!

If Gabigol replaced Zaza, that would be fine as Gabigol is <21.

By the way, I don't buy into these Isco rumors. I don't see why we would go for an attacking midfielder right now - a muscular hard working central mid would be the priority right now. Although it is worth mentioning that Isco's contract expires in 2018 - so 2 years. Real will either want him to sign a new contract or sell him.

Speaking of which, Real have been pretty quiet in this transfer window as far as I can tell. You would thing they would make 1 galactico signing this year given that next year they are transfer banned.

Exactly muy thoughts. Even if we were searching a profile like him, I wouldn't want isco here. He's just too small and too much of a pussy to be a Juve player.

And yeah it surprises me Real haven't signed a big name yet. Maybe Zizou is fine with the squad he has at his disposal (which is good, James on the fking bench ffs)

I also thought they would have gotten rid of Benz for his legal issues and go for auba or lewa but I guess they don't mind (he's innocent til proven otherwise, right) it makes me wonder if we got rid of Vidal for the right reasons.

Guys we will alternate 352 and 4312, just like mister Allegri has done before and will continue to.

Isco fills that trequartista spot in the 4312. He also plays fine in trio midfield in Real's 433, which makes me be believe he will do the same in trio midfield in our 352. Very technical player I'd welcome with open arms!!

thx!
So we can have only 20 outfield playes (1HG Marchisio + 19 others).
And we can surely say that we'll have 9 defenders, so it's only 11 players (incl Marchisio) for mid+att department.
Good news.

Pjaca is U21 from the SerieA point of view.
So for MF and ATT we have 10 positions + Marchisio + Pjaca.
So wee need to sell just 1 of from our non HG and non U21 players.

INTERESTING! The 2 surprises for me are Rugani and Pjaca. Pjaca is clearly 22 and I thought Rugani was not home grown given that he was loaned out and only spent 1 year with the club. This is actually good if true, as that squad does not require us to sell anyone (unless we buy a senior non HG).

However, for the champions league, their interpretation may be somewhat different and we may be forced to omit 1 or 2 players from the roster for that tournament.

Rugani HG only for CL,not Italy.
So we still missing 1 HG in that list.
Marchisio,Auedro,Marrone(who also might be sold).
So we need to:
1.ADD another HG player(Romagna for example)
2.Sell at least 1 non HG(Hernanes,Pereyra,Zaza)

Can someone explain the homegrown rules for me please?

And I don't mean this homegrown
a player counts as homegrown if he for 3 seasons between age 15 and 21 was owned/coowned by us. however, he doesent necessarily have to spend those 3 seasons at the club, he can be out on loan and still count as a homegrown as long as we (co)own him for 3 seasons between age 15 and 21. thats where its different from the CL rule where you have to be owned and spend 3 seasons playing for the club or its B team/youth teams (example: Rugani was coowned and later fully owned by us since hes 18. he played only one season here though, the rest was on loan to Empoli. thats why he will count as a homegrown player in Serie A, but not in the CL)

next seasons teams are limited to 25 players that are over 21 years old. out of those 25, 4 must be homegrown by us and another 4 must be homegrown by either us or other teams in Italy. there is no restrictions to U21 players though, you can have as much as you want. U21 are those players who still didnt turn 21 at the beginning of the calendar year, which in our team currently is only Pjaca
