=20.7-8.3 = 12.4

In the books of football clubs when the team sells a player the team can get a gain on sale. This is different from cash profit. It is calculated by taking the amount of money received less the player's estimated value (not what we paid for him).

It is hard to tell because it may not be a very good translation but it is possible that this is what the 75m relates to.
