Heldt is history at Schalke..Heidel from Mainz is his successor. Its not easier to deal with him though..good man I rate him highly. He discovered Klopp and Tuchel.

The 1st important decision of him was to fire Breitenreiter and installing Weinzierl from Augsburg, so finally, after 5 years when Rangnick decided to take a break cos of burn-out in 2011, Schalke having a competent coach again and hopefully he can find a right formula to play with these talented youngsters.

Heidel and Weinzierl r an exciting combo for Schalke and I m excited to see where these 2 can take them.
They can have Hernanes in that case

good decision by them. A lot of talented kids coming out of Schalke lately, would be a shame to waste all that potential with all those mediocre coaches they had

Imagine this:

Higuain - Dybala
Isco
Asamoah - Khedira
Pjanic

Slot Marchisio in when he returns obiovusly.
Isco isnt going to happen while Khedira and Asamoah will play the who gets injured more game...

We will probably get Matuidi as Pogba replacement and will try for Verratti next summer (and probably fail)

GdS: "La Juve ha preso il trequartista 18enne Mosti dall'Empoli. Il ragazzo firmerà un quadriennale, la prossima settimana l'ufficialità"

Allegri got his 3/4 finally.

What do you think of Goretzka? How much would he go for?
I like and rate him. Pretty complete player with a great technique for his height. He is getting better year by year and taking on more responsibility.

He doesnt appear to be eager on a move to another club this season and I m pretty sure, that he is going to stay at Schalke. His contract situation is bit tricky though, as it is running out 2018, so IF he wont extend, then a possible move for 2017 looks likely. I think the chances of him extending r not slim though, but he ll obviously wait to see and check the development of Schalke upcoming season. He is a very down to earth guy, who seems to only focus on his personal development and Schalke is a great place to grow, especially with the new people being involved there. He had the free choice to go anywhere in 2013..Bayern or Dortmund, London or Manchester, Italy or Spain, but he stayed near his home to finish his A levels first and gave Schalke a go. A sensible move and his next one will likely be sensible too.

Statement two weeks ago:
Is there any desire to make another step? To one of the so-called world clubs abroad like ur buddy Sane?

Goretzka: "I have little relation to that and I want to do my thing with Schalke next season."

http://translate.google.co.in/trans...schalke-durchziehen-id12033588.html&sandbox=1

A few days ago he said something similar: "In my opinion, I havent given back enough to the club. I expect more from myself, thats why I m going to do my thing at Schalke now and if we develop into the right direction, then I can imagine to stay here for the long term."

Schalke have no intention to sell him and there has been no paper talk about him moving in general. So to name a sum for this year, I would say somewhere in the Sane region 50m€, but IMO he wont go anywhere this summer.

If he wont extend, then prob around 25-30m€ for next summer..depends on the season he and Schalke having.

Hope we dont lose Pogba although I`m certain we will.. Hope we dont get Matuidi but a better player although we probably will get him... The good news is we are linked with Diawara but unfortunately not such strong links and he will probably go to Roma in the end!

Too bad.. I really feel this Diawara guy is going to be something!

Diawara hasn't been seen for a month. He disappeared and refused to train with Bologna. I rate him but big no to a player that acts like this in first transfer window he has suitors...

Well if you look at it we got Higuain and pjanic and so we are back to even after that. Morata money cover Pjaca se we could still have 45-50 to spend if we feel we need to or a right oppertunity arrives dont you think?

Higuain is 45 mil this season and we also have to sell a few players for 30-40 mil.
ur right, so we got around 40 mil, and some more, but we need to sell first.

but lets be honest, top player wont come. we cant offer him good salary.

Koke is the man, his cental midfielder, drifts to the left, top player, but

judging the links its matuidi or witsel.
thats bad, sadly

I hope we take a gamble on the Pogba replacement because we really don't need a ready made starter. More than happy to see Asamoah or Lemina play most games until Claudio is back.
