Pjanic and Pogba are very different type of MFs, theres is not good replacement for Pogba on market,thats why his value is sky high,and thats reason why we are keeping him

I like Matuidi and I think he'll be useful keeping in mind that Marchisio is out for so long. I don't think he is a Pogba replacement, just a hardworking DM that we actually need.

He's not a DM, he is a box-to-box CM. He can't play DM.

I rate Matuidi very highly. He was amazing with France in previous tournaments (Not this EURO - where Deschamps did a poor job in my opinion lining up the midfield) when played in the correct position and he will be amazing with us.

He runs a lot but he doesn't have the attributes needed to play DM, which is positioning, ball winning and great passing.

Matuidi is a good player and I'd like us to sign him but he won't play DM. He will alternate with Khedira.

Lemina did OK there but not great. Bringing someone like Luiz Gustavo (we're linked apparently) would be a good solution.

Sturaro can only play Khedira's position.

Matudi would be a great transfer. What do people expect? Modric? Iniesta? Verratti?

Lets face it Matudi and Matic is the best proven options. Herrera could be good but honestly how many Porto games have you seen? Witsel? I understand people are doubting this transfer.

Whats left? Kovacic would be nice, but do real want to sell or loan out? Maby they want a Morata type of deal.

Paredes, Tielemans and other talents would also be nice, but they need time to develop. We need a proven player right now, Matudi or Matic is perfect
