Pogba is a young lad and a great talent, but not a cornerstone of this team. He's not a leading figure. He's a player who wakes up in december and then starts to add to the team. Around the same age as Pogba when he arrived. Tielmans has many more appearances than Paul did as well, both domestically and in CL.

Tielemans is 3 years in a crappy league, and has not noticably improved. He's still a kid. Nothing close to the calm, confidence and mental resilience Pogba was showcasing.µ
