Balo on loan as 5th striker to save money for Pjaca and Matic/some other CM.

Yes or no?
I remember whilst he was with City there were reports of him throwing darts at the club's youth team because he was bored...well that's not something you can change by discipline, that's full on retard.

Think about it for a second. No way that ever happened. Or at the very least it was made to look way worse than it was.

He also peed in someones shoes IIRC

This guy is dressing room cancer. Pass!
I tend to agree and thats why despite all his potential we should skip as its too much of a risk!

He has talent and I doubt he'll cost much and if it were only a risk of him underperforming than I'd be okay with this move, but he can and probably will mess around with other players and staff so this should be an easy no thanks.

I am almost 90% certain you do not want to be Balotelli. That dude has issues. And all the money in the world can't solve that. Maybe a therapist would help, but I think he mostly needs to work through them on his own. A lot of money and the attention of the world often don't help in doing so.

To make it even worse I've often read anecdotes about him that make me believe he means well. He's also been very supportive of the Azzurri on social media the past month and that tells me he has his heart in the right place.
I never said I would.

He has issues. What I would assume would be this: he had a very fucked up childhood where he grew up in a place where nobody believed in him (key word being nobody, and by nobody I mean his parents and probably friends too. He was adopted which imo supports my theory) which led to a psychological disaster. He had a couple of ways to deal with it but imo he went with a way that leaves scars and a neurotic disorder. He chose to inflate his ego drastically by himself simply because nobody believed in him which was probably started to reflect in a very early stage or even prenatal period by his own mother. So he ended up being an ego maniac and attention seeking whore simply because he was never given an attaboy. Is he a bad guy? Nope, I've seen tons of emotions from him too. Is he evil? Nope. But he's scared for life and his mind is totally screwed up which might lead to him doing stupid things so one might assume he's idiot -- which is not far from the reality. But he's a complex character thats worth doing phd on.

1. He has a great talent and you cant deny that!
Oh yes I can.

He was never a good player to begin with. Even in some seasons when he scored many goals, majority were from PKs. He's an average player who rare stands out in a match, let alone in the big ones where he's totally useless most of the time.

It's not a risk at all. It's not Balotelli's fault too. But clubs are freaking idiots when they sign him. They all failed with a reason. He was not good enough. Oh and world class?

Jesus Christ.

Balotelli scoring records since leaving inter

10/11 - City - 10 goals, age 20
11/12 - City - 17 goals, age 21
12/13 - City/Milan - 15 goals, age 22
13/14 - Milan - 18 goals, age 23
14/15 - Liverpool - 4 goals, age 24
15/16 - Milan - 3 goals, age 25

Had 3 very good years at City/Milan but after that declined drastically, probably lost every motivation he had. At this point I wouldn't get him even for a 5th striker spot but cant help but wonder what a fully motivated Balotelli would accomplish in a club like ours

90% of those goals at Milan were penalties.

And even if they weren't those numbers per se mean absolutely nothing. Simply because team wasn't playing any better with him there. He adds nothing to the team and there was a reason every single club placed him on the bench eventually. Not only he's an individual player, which teams nowadays avoid, but he's not even that good at it.

He scored 6 PKs out of 12 goals for Milan in his 1st season, but only 3 of his goals were penalties in his 2nd.

Hes a pretty shit team player, agree, but he wouldnt be a starter here, so thats OK. Impact sub would be his maximum if he moved to Juve right now
