So, if we should summarize the rumours floating at the moment it would be something like:
Di Marzio:
- Negotiations for Benatia, price around 18 million €?
- Interest in Alexis Sanchez and Chicarito.
- Interest in Kante, clause 25 €.
Goal:
- Caprari closer to Inter (thought we were close).
- United offer for Pogba.
- Mascherano impossible, Gomes too expensive, so interest in Kante.
- Lucas Hernandez of Atletico or Benatia or Mustafi for defense.
- Alexis or Jesus as a striker, last one has interest from Inter as well. Chicarito as an alternative.
- Camoranesi: "With Messi Juve would win CL"
Sky:
- Closing in on Benatia.
- Kanté new idea for CM after other targets seem out of reach.
- Chicarito links.
- Inter trying for Jesus, Napoli for Witsel and Milan for Pjaca (was he even linked to us?).
GDS:
- Between Inter and Juve for Jesus. Ronaldo (the fat one) with advice.
- Morata for Chelsea since Hazard will go to Real.

Seems like they are reporting much of the same, doesn't mean there's any truth to it, could also be a sign they aren't too sure what's going on at the moment. I bet things aren't moving that fast either, summer is still long after all. But seems like we are after a central defender and a striker - and that we are eager to add a guy to midfield, but some of the rotational players have to go.

Chicharito is a great player and a great guy, but I have a feeling that he wouldn't suit Serie A. The guy lives of spaces and getting separation of defenders and he wouldn't get any of that playing here. Even though he has improved technically over the last few years, he's still a fairly limited player in that aspect.
