I think that in the next few days Marotta and Paratici will be more focused on selling, rather then buying.
Pereyra, Hernanes and Isla are the top names to delist.
I think the club might consider selling Asamoah if we do get a decent offer whilst Lemina will stay unless we get insane offers.
For the striker I still believe it will be a low profile.

So where will Morata go now? They say he doesn't want to be behind in the pecking order at Real plus he doesn't get a new contract (lower wages). Chelsea are getting Batshitcrazy, Arsenal are after Lacazette, Higuain will probably get bought by someone. Unless Morata stays of course.

And so did Vardy...

What exactly is your point?

He's had 1 good season in his career, as a 25 year old. He's basically the midfield equivalent of Ogbonna. A 1-hit wonder so far.

Could he go to a big club, and become a consistent world class player? Yes. 100%. But until he has shown this level for multiple seasons, I'm going to hold off on acting like he's some world class superstar, and the answer to all Juventus' problems.

There's also not a chance in hell he'd start over any of Pogba, Pjanic, Marchisio, Khedira. Of course, the last 2, when healthy.
Sorry, but what

Massively overrated.

There's a reason he is 25 years old and playing for Leicester City, was picked up for 8 mil from Caen in Ligue 1 last summer. Right now he's a 1 season wonder... and from the very one-dimensional aspect of his game he is showing with France, we shall see if he can develop into more than that.

Anyone acting like he's some consistent top/world class midfielder is delusional. He could turn into one, but he's certainly not there yet.
:agree:

I wouldn't like him here, consider him technically limited. For our 3-5-2 requirements we don't need that type of midfielder. 3 Cbs provide enough cover and we need someone better on the ball.
