Yeah I might be wrong on the second part, but I just dont feel that he is such a goal machine as he was back then and I doubt he will ever produce season like that. But of course that just my opinion and if Beppe and Max thinks otherwise then so be it.
An uninterrupted season without injury would go a long way towards helping Mandzukic, he's not a machine but the club can drag more out of him, even though he had some lulls this year. That partnership does seem like it has strong potential, and it would be nice if Juventus could hold onto Cuadrado or replace him with a similar talent and develop Alex Sandro into more of a starter.
Mascherano would be deployed as a central midfielder but can cover well for Bonucci as well. Allegri has had some headaches everytime Bonucci was unavailable.
