He would and I don't think we'd buy him. I think it's just Lukaku who wants to play here. He's said before he likes Juventus and watches a lot of Serie A football.
Everton have a new wealthy owner, new tv money, and English teams will also want him. We shouldn't bother wasting time negotiating that one. I'm also not convinced he suits Serie A.

Neither am I. In fact I think he's perfect for EPL football. Question is which big English club he'd go to though. He won't return to Chelsea, Arsenal are hardly a true contender for the title, Manchester United are linked with both Zlatan and Higuain (and Mourinho will be their manager) and Liverpool already has two Belgian strikers, I doubt they're going to add a third.

    More about Lukaku

“In my head I know where I want to go but I’m keeping that to myself,” he said. “You will know when it is concluded. I have to make a good choice but in my head that has happened already. I have played [in England] for five years now, it’s my league. But there are other nice clubs. I follow Spanish and German football and I also have something for the Italianleague.

“Wherever I go I want to win prizes,” he added. “During Leicester’s title ceremony I was standing just 10 metres from the trophy. I just stared at it for two minutes, forgetting to get on with the warm-up. I thought to myself, I want that.”

He's staying in epl for sure

No abroad club will meet Everton's ludicrous demands

United would, were it not for Mourinho being there.
    Chelsea would as well

They are playing under a new coach now

No one will pay £65m for Lukaku not even the Prem clubs. He will go for €45m plus some bonus if he leaves Everton.
You mean £45M + bonuses which will round about to €60M which would be considered a fair price for an EPL striker that scores consistently and is only 23.

I think the price will be something between £35-45M + bonuses.

and there you are, some random epl forward priced for 60 million euros is considered fair while we are trying to buy top players for sub 40 million
And here you are. Who said it was fair? We obviously aren't going to pay it.

He's a striker, he plays in the Premier League, and he has 60 goals in 3 seasons (having cost over €30m before he joined). It's par now, silly market.

    Marotta: 'Juve must stay young'

The 59-year-old is cementing his reputation as one of Italy's most powerful directors after having been essential to the Bianconeri's dominance of Serie A for several years.

“If we're dominating now, it's precisely because we always did our best to keep a compact group,” he told Tuttosport. “Except for certain specific situations, and cases when it was inevitable.”

Marotta then discussed specific players such as Alvaro Morata and Sassuolo's Domenico Berardi.

“We'll define Alvaro's future in the next 10 days to two weeks. His preference will bear a certain weight too.

“We'll have a chat with Real Madrid, then we'll move on the transfer market. We're considering a variety of options, though our scope is restricted inasmuch as our players must fit the 'Juventus criteria'.

“Berardi is an excellent player. We'll consider calmly what's best for us and for the lad. In any case, if we buy him, he'll stay with our squad.

“[Manchester United's Matteo] Darmian and [Milan's Mattia] De Sciglio? We know we have to gradually bring down the average age of our defence, which – let it be said – delivered an exceptional service so far and can still guarantee it.”

Finally, Marotta discussed his most successful signing last year, Paulo Dybala.

“At one point we were about to lose him, so we moved at once and we raised our bid. When you're so confident of a player's skills, you can't afford to lose him, no matter if it costs you a bit more.

“That money was an investment anyway. The fact that Dybala doubled his value in 12 months is proof of that.”
