Juventus prepare Berardi contract
By Football Italia staff

Juventus will reportedly hand Domenico Berardi a five-year contract when they sign him from Sassuolo this summer.

The Bianconeri sold their stake in the forward to the Emilian side this summer, but retained a buyback clause.

Last month it was reported that the Turin giants had decided to pay €25m for the Italian Under-21 international this summer, and Tuttomercatoweb today reiterates that claim.

The website believes that Berardi will be given a contract until the summer of 2021, but there has been no indication as to the salary he would receive.

What should I make of this? You've been training orifices to accomodate Berardi?

I'd like to see a formation with Dybala and Berardi off the main CF.
Ancelotti's Christmas tree (4-3-2-1)?

Buffon
Licht/new RB-Barzagli-Bonucci-Alex Sandro
Khedira-Marchisio-Pogba
Berardi-Dybala
Morata

We could also put Dybala more on the right enabling him to cutting in with his strong left foot. Berardi has played on the right for years but I think he could do well on the left as his right foot is decent (unlike Dybala's) and he can cross very well.

I have to agree with this and is the best solution. The one sacrificed a little is Berardi, but it should be that way since dybala just cant use his right foot. We keep our 3 midfielders and our line of 4 defenders.
Im really curious to see how berardi coudl do there. I have seen him scoring goals fromt he right so i dont think he cannot overcome this. And well, is a price to pay for being slotted in the starting 11

Buffon

Licht – Bonucci – Chiellini – Sandro

Kante – Marchisio – Pogba

Berardi – Dybala – Cavani

Pretty damn good and well-rounded.
I would love Cavani here, but he's not leaving PSG to play on the wing again, that's one of the reasons he's unhappy over there.
He will play as main CF for his next team.(maybe stay in Paris,if Zlatan leaves.)

So if Cavani is coming it probably means Morata is gone.

Yeah,make sense.
Berardi & Dybala behind main CF(Morata/Cavani/X).

Yes exactly that, Berardi to the left.

Berardi more to the left IMO, as he's an inside winger literally, he can play closer to the line. Dybala playing more in the middle between lines which he likes a lot it seems. They could both just overload the left flank as well, two technical and intelligent players, what could go wrong with it? The right side you just leave to CF and while in possession Pogba/Alex Sandro would occupy the right side with the CF moving to the box.

If he is out of better options use it to take down the excessive salary demands and get him on affordable price. Not as a CM but as an AM, tho he can play CM well aslong as it with 2 other CMs, not in 2 man CM pair where his lack of work ethic exposes whole team. But AM or attacking CM could defenitely elevate the team since he is still a decisive top player when used right.

Only downside of getting him would be his age.
