Whole team is overperforming obviously. But how is a player like this one a likely season wonder? I usually get when players are called that, but if you use him tactically how he is in Ranieri set up or in most set ups that need ballwinning/counters, and especially more so since he seems completely enough to contribute both defensively and forward with ease (he starts alot of attacks, true box to box), and runs for days out there, I fail to see how he wouldnt be bring his quality elsewhere too. Him and Mahrez should defenitely prove themselves worthy in most other teams they can go to. While someone like Vardy defenitely will need to play in same specific conditions to re-do the results he has right now. Very instinctive pacy attacker who needs space and right type of balls to function.
But Kante is basically a free running CM who puts in so much insane work and does it in tactically savvy way (reads sitautions nonstop). Most midfields would find good use for him. He is pretty much a Matuidi who is way less stupid (latter attacks eagerly but not too clever of a player). That level of insane energy put to good use is priceless for a midfield:
That it may be futile to try for him in current market is another matter.
