Benatia is much better, and a much more natural substitute to either Barza or Chiellini as a CB. He dominates Caceres in physical aspects, as he is much taller and bigger and thus is better in aerial duels and physical battles. He also has a knack for goals. And his injury record isn't as horrid as Caceres'.
