Well, Morrata also wanted out to play much more so Real didn't had all the aces over Juve. One very important thing I don't know; is there a contract clause between Morata and Real? If Real pay now 30, we are forced to say yes...but the player can refuse the (new) contract from Madrid so the transfer clause is activated but the transfer fails because of the player. This is the most crucial part as this situation is in Morata's hands and if he wants to stay at Juve, we shouldn't pay anything to real because the transfer clause has 0 power.

Based on that article we won't get 30 for Morata, we spend 20 more on him, combining a total of 50 mil. Isn't there a more suitable striker for 50 mil? bare in mind that 50 mil is a very realistic number. It's not like we talked before, Real buys him for 30 and we will search a replacement.

Seriously?

Did you miss all the reports that Morata has no legal say in all this? He has a contract with them, he himself said that he can't refuse them.

It's the first time I've heard about this. All I've read before was Morata saying that he wants clarification over his situation as soon as possible because he doesn't know where he'll play next year. In that case we have quite a nasty situation. I hope we won't make any more loan with option and buy back transfers...traditional transfers and loaning back-up for back-ups only. Thanks for clarifying this up for me.

so what do you guys think our attack will look like next season if Morata leaves? if he leaves and we do sign Cavani, will Mandzukic accept to be 2nd choice and stay or will he ask to be sold? and if Mario stays, will Zaza accept to be 3rd choice with even less playing time probably (Cavani isnt a guy you rotate a lot)? and then there is Berardi who we will most likely sign.

if Morata stays i think Mandzukic will too for another year atleast and the 2 will fight for a starting spot next to Dybala. but im not so sure about Zaza. we were close to loaning him out last summer and there were reports about him not being happy with his playing time here. so what if that Batshuayi guy thats been linked to us the past few weeks is planned to be a Zaza replacement regardless of what happens with Morata? and then we add Berardi and eventually a top signing if Morata (and Mandzu) leave...

Cavani, Mandzukic, Dybala, Berardi and Zaza is a solid bunch to pick from and one which gives us a shitload of tactical versatility. Even more so if we manage to keep Cuadrado as well.

it would be fantastic but i cant see Mandzukic being happy with a bench role. still hope we keep Morata though

We won't sign Cavani. It'd be an overkill considering what we have now. At the same time midfield looks a bit poor. That's where the big investments should be done but expect nothing flashy tbh.

The nr one PSG player we need isnt Cavani. But is...will leave the first easy guess to someone else.

Cavani would be welcomed ofcourse, but there's a certain player that would make us even more top top class with sheer influence if we had him.

Considering he left Bayern Munchen cause Guardiola told him he was the sub of Lewandoski....

Mandzukic and Dybala will be 100% staying here for next season. I think Zaza will stay as well so that leaves the Morata and Berardi situations to deal with. Morata/Berardi or even Bantshuayi might be the last striker in the team.

Damn right. Awesome player. If we ever sold Pogba we should reinvest it in this guy no matter what cost tbh.
