So we will always be a second rated team.
Back in the past we were first rated as there weren't oil arabs and you needed much less money to get the best of the best.

we did buy players worth over 50m just because we sold Pogba. If we didn't plan to sell the frenchmen they would never spend those 90m for Higuain

The more money we make the more that will change I think. Will will never just purchase huge players but we could from time to time if we deemed it necessary.Remember we are just with the ability to make 40-50 mil purchases so its hard to say we wnt due that. over 60 mil will almost never happpen though
